Meet the venue

The Faculty provides teaching rooms, seminar spaces, IT laboratories, a 500-seat auditorium, a 75-seat graduation hall, eduroam Wi-Fi, library facilities and cafeteria/dining services. An official University of Vigo video presentation offers a visual introduction to the building and campus.

Getting to Vigo

By air

Vigo, Santiago de Compostela and Porto provide the principal air gateways. Recommended connections and ground-transfer guidance will be added closer to the conference.

By rail

Vigo has long-distance and regional rail services. Recommended stations and official booking links will be published with the travel guide.

By road

The city is directly connected with Galicia and northern Portugal. Campus access, parking and any conference transport arrangements will be confirmed here.

At a glance: on a typical day in the teaching term, A, 15C, U1 and U2 serve the university, from the boarding areas shown above. On Saturday morning, take the A towards Universidade; it is the regular year-round campus service. The 15C goes to Hospital Meixoeiro at weekends, while U1 and U2 operate only on academic working days. Recheck the timetables and academic service for 14–16 October 2027 before setting out.
